SHIPPING POLICY

All Minted Field Hockey products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Minted Field Hockey is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Minted Field Hockey is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at mfh@mintedfieldhockey.com and we will do our best to assist you.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
