RETURN AND fREFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mfh@mintedfieldhockey.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to make it right.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All Minted Field Hockey products are made to order. Slight variations in print placement, garment color, and print appearance may occur and are not considered defects. These variations are a normal part of the production process and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
